Lontongnya aku beli, jadi yang dibikin cuma opornya ajah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ekor ayam, potong 8&lt;br /&gt;- 3 butir telur rebus&lt;br /&gt;- 3 lembar daun jeruk purut&lt;br /&gt;- 1 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;- 750 cc santan cair&lt;br /&gt;- 250 cc santan kental&lt;br /&gt;- 3 sdm minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu dihaluskan:&lt;br /&gt;- 4 buah bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;- 7 buah bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;- 4 butir kemiri, sangrai&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt ketumbar bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdm jahe&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm lengkuas&lt;br /&gt;- garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;- Tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun jeruk purut dan daun alam sampai harum&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan ayam, aduk hingga kaku, tuangi santan cair, didihkan. Setelah setengah matang, masukkan santan kental. Aduk di atas api kecil, masukkan telur rebus. Masak hingga matang. Nih resepnya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 ekor ayam buras, buang kepala ma kaki&lt;br /&gt;- 500 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa&lt;br /&gt;- 2 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tangkai serai, memarkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu dihaluskan:&lt;br /&gt;- 8 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;- 4 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;- 4 butir kemiri&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdm ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Remahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 350 ml air rebusan ayam&lt;br /&gt;- 3 sdm tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;- rebus ayam di dalam santan bersama bumbu halus, daun salam, serai, gunakan api kecil agar ayam empuk. Tiriskan ayamnya.&lt;br /&gt;- ukur air rebusan ayam 350 ml&lt;br /&gt;-tambahkan tepung beras ke dalam air rebusan ayam tadi, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;- Celupkan ayam ke dalam campuran tepung lalu goreng&lt;br /&gt;- sisa tepung digoreng dalam minyak panas. Sama enaknya duooong..kenapa belom pernah bikin ya karena gak punya dandang yang guede biar loyangnya muat. Tapi yah udah deh, aku coba pake loyang bulet biar cukup di dandang yang aku punya walopun bentuk browniesnya jdi kurang bagus pas dipotong-potong hihihi..yang penting rasanya enyaaak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nih resepnya dari Entik, thanks ya, Bu...&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 7 butir telor dikurangi 2 kuning telornya&lt;br /&gt;- margarin 100 gram&lt;br /&gt;- gula pasir 125 gram&lt;br /&gt;- coklat bubuk 50 gram&lt;br /&gt;- coklat blok 50 gram&lt;br /&gt;- tepung terigu 75 gram&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;- Coklat dan margarin ditim dulu biar meleleh&lt;br /&gt;- Panaskan dandang untuk mengukus dengan api besar&lt;br /&gt;- Telor dan gula dikocok dengan kecepatan tinggi kira-kira 3 menit sampai mengembang&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan tepung terigu dan coklat bubuk yang sebelumnya udah diaduk, kocok dengan kecepatan tinggi kira-kira 4 menit&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan coklat dan margarin cair, aduk hingga rata&lt;br /&gt;- Tuang 1/3 adonan ke dalam loyang yang telah dioles margarin dan dikukus kira-kira 10 menit&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan sisa adonan, kukus kira-kira 25 menit. Panci kukusnya dialasi kain biar ga kena uap air adonannya. Kebetulan Gege abis bikin pancake, ya udah aku tanyain deh resepnya. Menjelang sore langsung kupraktekin. Berubung cuaca lagi panas dan gerah, di atas pancake kukasi topping es krim ma coklat. Waaaah..alhamdulillah semua orang di rumah suka banget deh. Bikinnya juga ga susah dan cepet, bisa dadakan. Enyaaaak banget deh. Makasi ya Ge, resepnya. Nih Resep Pancakenya....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 250 cc susu cair&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt vanili&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cup tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;- 3 sdm margarin/butter leleh&lt;br /&gt;- aku nambahin 2 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;- Campur tepung terigu, gula pasir, baking powder, vanili. Masukkan telur. Aduk.&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan susu cair, aduk hingga rata&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan mentega cair&lt;br /&gt;- Diamkan adonan sampe 15 menit&lt;br /&gt;- Panaskan wajan teflon sebelom nuangin adonan, pake api kecil saat memanggang pancake&lt;br /&gt;- Olesin margarin tipis dan merata saat pertama kali memanggang supaya permukaan pancake kuning keemasan dan rata&lt;br /&gt;- tuang adonan pake sendok sayur.  Lalu balik kalo udah terbentuk gelembung-gelembung di permukaannya. Kalo sudah matang angkat. Bisa juga pancake ini dikasi sirup di atasnya, kayak maple, coklat, strawberi, potongan buah ato cuma dioles margarin ajah. Ato bisa juga tuang susu kental manis trus di atasnya taburi coklat butir dan keju parut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ternyata, bikin crepes juga adonannya sama, cuma bedanya, susu cairnya 600 cc dan pake telor 2 butir. Trus, waktu memanggangnya adonan diratakan pake sendok kayu dengan gerakan berputar hingga adonan kering dan lebar. Bisa abis 3-4 biji sekali makan. Biasanya beli muluw, hiks..lama-lama bisa bangkrut yah. Mending coba bikin sendiri deh. Akhirnya tadi pagi aku coba bikin setelah kemaren-kemaren browsing resepnya. Ternyata namanya ada yang bilang american risoles, ada yang bilang risoles bule. Kalo aku siy bilangnya risoles daging asap ajah sesuai ma yang suka kita beli di Daily Cious. Yang kubikin gak ngikutin banget resep yang aku liat. Ukurannya juga agak jumbo, maklum yah soale yang makannya ndut-ndut semua hehehe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Bikinnya:&lt;br /&gt;Kulit:&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gram tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;- 3 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm mentega, dicairkan&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;- 200 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isiannya:&lt;br /&gt;- 3 lembar daging asap, potong kecil 2x2 cm&lt;br /&gt;- Mayonaisse&lt;br /&gt;- 3 butir telur rebus, potong 8&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur, kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;- tepung roti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Bikinnya:&lt;br /&gt;1. Kulit: ayak terigu, taro dalam mangkuk, bubuhi garam, aduk. Buat lubang di tengah, masukkan 3 butir telur, aduk satu arah. Tambahkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit, hingga adonan licin. Tambahkan susu sampe habis, masukkan mentega yang sudah dicairkan. Tutup adonan, diamkan 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Olesi wajan teflon dengan margarin. Panaskan. Tuangi 1 sendok adonan, ratakan sambil diputar 2-3 menit, seperti crepes, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Bentangkan kulit crepes tadi, isi dengan daging asap, telur rebus dan mayonaise 1 sdm. Lipat seperti amplop. Sisihkan. Lakukan hingga crepes habis. Celupkan crepes yang sudah diisi tadi ke dalam telur kocok, gulingkan dalam tepung roti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan dulu dalam kolkas kira-kira 1 jam. Nih resepnya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- Daun singkong yang muda 2 ikat&lt;br /&gt;- Santan sedang 3 gelas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbunya:&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang merah 5 butir&lt;br /&gt;- Bawang putih 3 siung&lt;br /&gt;- Cabe merah 6 buah&lt;br /&gt;- Jahe 1 ruas jari&lt;br /&gt;- Lengkuas 1 iris kecil&lt;br /&gt;- kunyit 1 iris kecil&lt;br /&gt;- ikan teri medan&lt;br /&gt;- garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Masaknya:&lt;br /&gt;1. Aduk udang kupas, ayam dan bawang putih. Tambahkan tepung maizena dan putih telur&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan merica, ayam dan garam&lt;br /&gt;3. Trus, masukin telur 5 butir satu per satu, kocok selama 5 menit. Masukan tepung ketan item 1/4 kg, kocok lagi selama 5 menit. Trus, dipanggang deh. Tapi berubung kita lagi di Sleman, pengen cobain juga Gubug Mang Engking yang di Sleman. Letaknya di Jamur, Sendangrejo, Minggir, Sleman. Bukanya dari siang sampe sore. Makannya di atas gubug yang di bawahnya ada kolam, di tengah hamparan sawah..waaah asyik banget deh pokoknya. Udah gitu, menunya juga enak-enak, palagi udang bakar madunya..wah rugi deh kalo belom pernah coba. Harganya juga gak terlalu mahal. Waktu itu kita ambil paket buat 6 orang Rp 295.000, menunya ada udang goreng mentega, udang bakar madu, udang saos tiram, gurame bakar, gurame goreng bumbu cobek, karedok (masakan khas sunda, kayak lotek tapi mentah semua), tumis kangkung, lalab, sambal cobek, es jeruk 3, es teh manis 3. Lengkap dan pas banget buat makan rame-rame bareng keluarga. Seturan. Jam bukanya dari jam 6 sore mpe 12 malem. Rasanya enak banget deh gak kayak gudeg umumnya yang manis banget. Jadi aku suka banget karena aku ga gitu suka masakan yang terlalu manis. Gudeg cekernya juga manstab!! Empuk banget. Kita makan berempat cuma abis Rp 65.500 makan gudeg komplit 4 ma gudeg ceker 1, plus krupuk 3 ma Teh Manis Hangat 3. Azka ajah makannya lahap banget. 1 porsi bisa abis sendiri loh wakakaka...pengen coba bikin sendiri tapi belom nemu resepnya yang mirip.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resep Spaghetti bolognese&lt;br /&gt;Untuk 4-6 orang&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bungkus (225 gram) spaghetti&lt;br /&gt;- garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;- air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;- 3 sdm minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 4 sdm keju parut untuk taburan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bola-bola:&lt;br /&gt;- 200 gram daging sapi giling&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt pala bubuk&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm tepung roti&lt;br /&gt;- 1 butir telur ayam&lt;br /&gt;minyak untuk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus:&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdm margarin&lt;br /&gt;- 1 siung bawang bombay iris bulat tipis&lt;br /&gt;- 100 gram daging giling&lt;br /&gt;- garam, merica&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 sdt oregano&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 kg tomat, parut&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdm pasta tomat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus spaghetti dengan sedikit garam dalam air secukupnya hingga mendidih dan matang, lalu tiriskan. panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih sampai harum, lalu masukkan peterseli dan merica. masukkan spaghetti dan aduk sampai rata, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Bola-bola: Campur daging giling, garam, merica, pala, tepung roti dan telur sampai rata, lalu bentuk bola-bola sebesar kelereng. Goreng dalam minyak panas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Saus: Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay sampai harum, masukkan daging giling, garam, merica, oregano, gula pasir. Aduk sebentar, masukkan bola-bola daging, tomat parut dan pasta tomat. Aduk-aduk, masak dengan api kecil sampai mengental.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Pesen Bubur ayam special, Nasi Timbel Komplit, Gado-gado, Batagor, Cendol BMC ma Yoghurt Lecy. Jangan kaget yah liat porsi yang kita makan, emang kita tuh sekeluarga tukang makan hehehe...semuanya so pasti ludes di tempat. Rasanya mayanlah, dan yang penting makanannya halal. Recommended. Makan bertiga abis SGD 20-an deh. Azka juga suka ma makanannya. Abis ludes, namanya apa yah yang dia makan tuh kayak dari kentang, bentuknya kayak pastel tutup. Sementara yang aku makan, namanya lupa, pokonya dari croissant, ada isiannya. Bisa milih. Aku pilih isian ayam, mas Bagus milih isian telur. Takutnya Azka gak cocok soalnya kan bumbunya nyengat banget. dan pedes-pedes. Akhirnya makan di Mustafa Cafe, beli nasi lemak 1 porsi SGD 4,5, ma Cream Sop, ma minuman. Alhamdulillah kita bertiga cocok ma makanannya. Abis makan, Azka ngantuk. Terpaksa deh mas Bagus gendong Azka, aku ke Mustafa Centre. Mustafa Centre ini mirip-mirip toko Arjuna yang di Samarinda, tapi lebih luas dan bukanya 24 jam. Waduuh pagi-pagi kayak gitu makan porsi super berat ternyata abis juga loh, malah minum teh botolnya ajah sampe nambah lagi...ck..ck..ck..Mie Basonya enakbangets, kaldunya juga agak manis, pake ayam kampung. Aku pilih mie yamin manis, sementara adikku milih mie yamin asin dengan kuah yang terpisah. Setelah udang berubah warna dan ayam kak, masukkan bakso, bawang bombay, tomat dan wortel. Tuang kaldu, tambahkan merica, kecap asin, minyak wijen dan saus tiram. Setelah daging ayam masak, masukkan berturut-turut: kol, kembang kol, caisim, jamur merang, bawang daun, seledri. Aduk sampai matang. Ternyata pada doyan tuh liat Azka lagi ngembat ayamnya hehehe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resep Nasi Uduk:&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- 500 gram beras&lt;br /&gt;- santan dari 1 butir kelapa&lt;br /&gt;- garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. cuci bersih beras dan tiriskan. Tempatkan dalam panci. Tuangi santan 750 cc. Bubuhi garam secukupnya lalu jerangkan. Jika sudah mendidih, aduk-aduk sebentar, kecilkan apinya, masak terus sampai santannya terhisap, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. jerangkan dandang pengukus. jika air dalam dandang sudah mendidih, pindahkan nasi ke dandang. Lahap banget makannya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Schotel Mie Tahu                      &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="NO-BOK"&gt;Bahan (Buat 2 kali makan):&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tahu Cina kira-kira ½ potong, haluskan&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Telor ayam 1 butir&lt;br /&gt;Daging cincang&lt;br /&gt;Wortel, potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;Mie kering, rebus, tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;Margarin untuk olesan&lt;br /&gt;Telor puyuh, rebus 4 butir, belah 2&lt;br /&gt;Daun bawang, iris halus&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Bumbu:&lt;br /&gt;Bawang putih 1, bawang merah 1, garam sedikit, halusin&lt;/p&gt;      &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;Campur tahu, telor ayam, daging, wortel, mie rebus, daun bawang dan semua bumbu. Aduk rata. Siapkan mangkuk tahan panas, olesi margarine, tuang setengah adonan di dasarnya, padatkan. Susun telur puyuh di atasnya, tutup kembali dengan sisa adonan. Nih gini caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- Jerohan sapi 1 kg&lt;br /&gt;- Gajih sapi 100 gram&lt;br /&gt;- Tepung beras 2 cangkir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu:&lt;br /&gt;- 10 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;- 6 siung bawah putih&lt;br /&gt;- 8 buah cabe merah&lt;br /&gt;- 4 buah cabe rawit&lt;br /&gt;- 4 sdm ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdt jinten&lt;br /&gt;- 2 lembar daun jeruk purut&lt;br /&gt;- 2 lembar daun kunyit&lt;br /&gt;- 2 batang serai&lt;br /&gt;- 1 jari lengkuas&lt;br /&gt;- 1 jari jahe segar&lt;br /&gt;- 1 jari kunyit&lt;br /&gt;- Garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Masak:&lt;br /&gt;1. Bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah, cabe rawit, ketumbar, jinten, semuanya digiling sampe halus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Jerohan sapi dicuci sampe bersih, lalu direbus dengan bumbu no. 1 di atas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan daun jeruk, daun kunyit, serai&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Setelah empuk, angkat, potong kecil-kecil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Sisa air rebusan jangan dibuang, tapi dijadiin kuah dengan nambahin tepung beras yang sudah dicairkan ke dalamnya, terus dididihkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Lengkuas, jahe, dan kunyit digiling halus dengan bubuhkan garam secukupnya. Kemudian lumurkan ke jerohan tadi lalu tusuk dengan lidi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Cairkan gajih sapi, lau jerohan yang sudah ditusuk tadi dicelupkan ke gajih cair&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. Bakar di atas api arang sampai matang, lalu celupkan ke kuah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9. Kami bikin Blackforrest, kue sus, ma Brownies buat dibawa ke kantor. Besoknya jadi kepengen bikin kaastangels gitu deh, daripada beli muluw. Mulei deh hunting nyari resep.  Sebelomnya pernah liat di resep punya mbak Astri di Keluarga Nugraha, kayaknya boleh juga. Tapiiiiyy...tnyata Laptopku rusak gitu deh, gak bisa liat resep...hiks...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jadi, akhirnya minta resep tetanggaku, mbak Lili.
